ريفو خدمة سعودية تربط رقم واتساب الأعمال حق المتجر بمساعد ذكاء اصطناعي، يرد على أسئلة العملاء من معلومات المتجر نفسه: المنتجات والأسعار والتوصيل وساعات العمل والسياسات.
صُممت للمتاجر الصغيرة في السعودية.
كيف تشتغل؟
- العميل يكتب للمتجر على واتساب، والمساعد يرد عليه بالعربي أو الإنجليزي من معلومات المتجر فقط.
- المساعد يعرّف بنفسه إنه مساعد آلي، والعميل يقدر يطلب موظف بأي وقت.
- إذا طلب العميل موظف أو كان السؤال خارج معلومات المتجر، تتحول المحادثة لصاحب المتجر على واتساب.

An AI assistant that answers your store's customers on WhatsApp
Revo is a Saudi service that connects a store's WhatsApp Business number to an AI assistant. It answers customers' questions from the store's own information: products, prices, delivery, opening hours and policies.
Built for small stores in Saudi Arabia.
How it works
- A customer messages the store on WhatsApp, and the assistant replies in Arabic or English using only the store's information.
- The assistant says it is automated, and the customer can ask for a person at any time.
- When the customer asks for a person, or the question is outside the store's information, the chat is handed to the store owner on WhatsApp.
